Adams, Tony

Tony Adams is a Business Services Consultant with AkzoNobel. He joined the Akzo team in August of 2021. Prior to that, Tony was Owner of Weaver’s Auto Center Inc. for 33 years in Shawnee, KS offering both Collision and Mechanical repair services. Not only has he spent 30+ years in this industry, but he has also taken on several life journeys including reinventing himself as a leader and business coach. He attended Coach U in 2010 and graduated with his coaching certificate in 2011. A passion for helping others, he has traveled the country working with other organizations focusing on cultural development and talent selection. In addition to his shop and personal experiences, he is actively involved within the industry speaking at several state trade associations and conferences. He is a board member of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists, regular attendee at the Collision Industry Conference and former board member of the Kansas Auto Body Association.
