Hello, my name is Matt Pitta, and I am the Technical Manager for the Body Repair Program at Lucid motors. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the automotive industry ranging from Paint Prepper to Head Painter, then making the jump to Structural R&D Technician at Tesla. From there I made my move into Management here at Lucid Motors where I have been for the last three and a half years. My team and I are steadfastly dedicated to making the most comprehensive and detail driven repair procedures in the industry, because we believe we can be a force for change in how repairs are documented and conducted both on the OEM side, and the Collision Repair Facility side. Outside of work I love spending time with my family. I have been married for 5 years, and I have 2 daughters, ages 4 and 2. And when free time does pop up I love building, and repairing high end gaming computers.
