Boe, Michael

Since January 2015, Michael Boe has held the position of Vice President & General Manager Global Aftermarket at BorgWarner Emissions, Thermal and Turbo Systems. In this role he oversees the company’s strategy, remanufacturing facilities and profit and loss for global Aftermarket. Moreover, he ensures that the portfolio of technologies continues to grow and meets the customer’s demands. Since 2018 he is part of BorgWarner’s Sustainability Committee, which shapes BorgWarner’s ongoing diligent focus for carbon neutrality and support to our planet. Before he joined BorgWarner, Michael Boe gained 20 years of working experience at different companies within the technology and automotive sector and held various positions in these fields. He started his career as Sales Manager and Product Manager at Philips in 1995. After various stopovers, including at Siemens and Delphi, Michael Boe worked as Managing Director Europe for Meritor from 2007 to 2014. Michael Boe studied Business Administrations at the Copenhagen Business School from 1989 to 1995 and graduated with a master’s degree. He is fluent in English, German and Danish.
