Beth Paretta is the CEO and Team Principal of Paretta Autosport: the first woman-owned, woman-driven, and woman-forward team in INDYCAR history. Born from Beth's vision and determination, Paretta Autosport is on a mission to unify the current generation, inspire the next, and shine a light on diversity and inclusion for all. They work to promote STEM education for young women as a pathway to careers in motorsports and related fields. Prior to launching Paretta Autosport, Beth held leadership roles at Volkswagen Group, Aston Martin and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) across operations, marketing, and finance. It was at FCA where Beth became the first woman to lead a performance brand (SRT) and motorsports at an OEM. Under her tenure, FCA won three national championships including the NASCAR Cup Series, IMSA, and TransAm. Beth is a board member of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America and the global Marketing Delegate for the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission and was named an Industry Influencer by the Automotive Hall of Fame in 2023. She is based in Detroit.
